Scott Mackenzie, MD

Dr. Mackenzie earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Anatomy from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of  Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, CO, as well as completed his internship and residency there. Dr. Mackenzie attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City for his fellowship in Gastroenterology.

Dr. Mackenzie has won many awards including the Virginia Schuman Scholarship from the University of  Colorado School of Medicine and the Howard Hughes Research Grant and President’s Scholarship from Colorado State University.

Dr. Mackenzie has authored numerous publications, including research papers in Eosinophilic Esophagitis.

Dr. Mackenzie is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association and the Colorado Medical Society.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
